1 cup chickpeas
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Prepare 3 cups of cooked lentils.

Chop 1/3 cup of carrots and 1/3 cup of celery.

In a bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped carrots, chopped celery, chopped onion, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of salt, 1/4 tbsp of black pepper, 2 tbsp of Italian seasoning blend, 1 cup of chickpeas, and 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
