1 cup brown rice
4 tomatoes
400 grams tuna fish
200 grams more fish
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 onion
1 green chili

Wash 1 cup of brown rice and soak it in clean water.

Chop 4 tomatoes finely.

Add 400 grams of tuna fish, drained and cut into small pieces, to the chopped tomatoes.

Add 200 grams of additional fish to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper to the fish and tomato mixture and mix well.

Cook the soaked brown rice until ready and drain the water.

In a large bowl, layer the cooked rice first, followed by the fish and tomato mixture.

Chop 1 onion and 1 green chili finely and add them to the salad.
