Welcome to the video and introduction to the dish.
Show the ingredients needed for the recipe.
Empty the 1 lb bag of fine caramel into a bowl.
Add 1 lb of sugar (half of the 2 lb bag) to the caramel and mix them together.
Add 1 can of evaporated milk to the mixture.
Add 0.5 tbsp of vanilla essence to the mixture and stir.
Optionally, mention that you can use 3 cups of regular milk instead of evaporated milk.
Divide the caramel mixture into three small trays, spreading it evenly across the bottom of each tray.
In a separate bowl, add the remaining 1 lb of sugar for the fat mixture.
Add 0.5 tbsp of vanilla essence to the sugar in the bowl.
Add 1 can of coconut cream to the bowl.
Add 1 can of coconut milk to the bowl and mix to create a smooth texture.
Stir for 1.5 to 2 minutes to ensure the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
Use a spoon to pour the fat mixture over the caramel in the trays, ensuring it doesn't mix with the caramel.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the trays in the oven and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, checking for a nice brown top.
After 2.5 hours, remove the trays from the oven and let cool before cutting and serving.
