Crack an egg and separate the egg white into a Boston glass.
Dry shake the egg white by itself to emulsify it, adding one ice cube to help create a tight seal.
Muddle fresh strawberries lightly in the Boston glass.
Add the egg white back into the glass.
Pour in 45 mils of aviation gin.
Add 20 mils of dry vermouth.
Add 20 mils of lemon juice.
Add 15 mils of sugar syrup.
Add a dash of bitters.
Fill the Boston glass with ice and shake again vigorously.
Fill a glass with ice and single strain the mixture into it, avoiding wasting the fresh strawberries.
Top with a dash of club soda.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
