Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 482°F (250°C) fan off.
Cut the dough in half and roll it out very thinly on a floured surface.
Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
Poke holes in the dough with a fork to prevent puffing.
Transfer the cut dough to a non-stick paper lined tray and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Brush the dough with water and sprinkle with salt before baking.
Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes until browned, flipping if necessary.
