Chicken Fried Steak with Chili Oil

Start with buttermilk in a bowl and add salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk well.
Add cubed steaks to the buttermilk and let soak for 30 minutes or overnight.
In another bowl, season all-purpose flour with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
Remove the cubed steak from the buttermilk and dredge in the seasoned flour, packing it well and removing excess flour.
Deep fry the steak at 350°F until golden brown.
Set the fried steak aside.
In a different pan, add a bit of the frying oil and melt some butter. Once browned, add all-purpose flour and mix until it smells like pie dough.
Pour in cold milk and whisk until thickened. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and keep under medium-high heat until thickened.
Make chili oil by adding kukado, sesame seeds, soy sauce, MSG, garlic, black pepper, roasted sesame oil, and honey into a heat-proof container. Pour in hot frying fat at 350°F and mix well.
Fry garlic chips in the same fat until colored, then remove.
Plate with green onions, fried steak, chili oil, hot honey, and garlic chips.
