200g Cabbage
60g Green Pepper
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Spring Onions
1 Tsp Chicken Powder or Vegetable Stock
10g Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
½ Tsp Cornflour
20ml Water Mixture
Salt to Taste

Finely chop the garlic and roughly chop spring onions.

Cut green pepper and cabbage into bite size pieces.

Cut tomato into 6 wedges.

Boil a litre of water and pinch of salt in a pan.

Place cabbage into the boiling water, boil for 30 seconds, remove and drain.

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in the wok, add garlic and spring onions, fry for few seconds.

Add tomatoes and green pepper, stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add the cabbage and stir fry for few seconds.

Add tomato sauce, salt, chicken powder and sugar, stir fry for 30 seconds.

Pour the cornflour and water mixture into the wok, continue to stir fry for 10 seconds.

Transfer into a dish and serve.
