Marinate a chicken breast in homemade Caesar dressing and sous-vide it before grilling.
Slice off the end of the romaine heart and cut it in half lengthwise.
Baste the cut sides of the romaine halves and the bread with the basting oil using a silicone brush.
Place the basted side of the romaine and bread down on the grill.
Baste the other side of the romaine and bread while grilling.
Grill until the bottom has char marks, then flip the romaine and bread over.
Check the bread for grill marks; it should be soft and chewy.
Plate the grilled romaine heart and add the grilled croutons, breaking them up slightly.
Add fresh white mushrooms, roasted corn, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon on top.
Drizzle some dressing over the salad and add shreds of parmesan cheese.
Top with pieces of sous-vide chicken breast.
