Save both the beans and the bean liquid, removing the bay leaves.

In a dutch oven, add the cooked navy beans, bacon, brown sugar, onions, dry mustard powder, salt, and molasses.

Add enough of the cooked bean liquid to cover the beans and stir.

Cover the dutch oven and bake in the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 1 hour.
