Mix brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in baking powder and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter.
Add a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the crumbs.
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the marshmallows and graham crackers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
