Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Wash and cut the tops off the bell peppers, removing seeds.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
Stuff each bell pepper with the meat and rice mixture, pressing down gently.
Place stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top of each pepper, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
