Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Take the trout out of the freezer and ensure all scales are removed.
Wash the trout and check for any remaining scales.
Pat the trout dry with paper towels, focusing on drying the skin.
Season the skin side of the trout with lemon pepper, dried dill, parsley, and Slap Ya Mama seasoning.
Place the trout skin side down on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Put the trout in a cold oven and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
While the trout is baking, steam broccoli with chicken broth in the bottom for added flavor.
Check the trout after 20 minutes to see if the skin is crispy, especially on the thinner pieces.
