Cottage Cheese Pie with Nectarines

250 Gram cottage cheese
200 Gram wheat flour
1 Glass sugar
3 Pieces chicken eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 Pieces nectarine

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the sliced nectarines and lemon juice. If using, add cinnamon and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Serve warm or chilled, optionally with a dollop of whipped cream.
