Get a microwave-safe jug.
Break 150 g of dark chocolate into squares and place it in the jug.
Pour 400 g of sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir.
Repeat microwaving for another 30 seconds and stir again, continuing until the chocolate is nicely melted.
Get a tall glass and add one scoop of ice cream.
Pour some of the melted chocolate fudge over the first scoop of ice cream.
Add another scoop of ice cream and pour more chocolate fudge over it.
Add a very big scoop of ice cream and pour more chocolate fudge over that.
Get more chocolate ice cream and top with whipped cream (either homemade or store-bought).
Shave some of the dark chocolate (not the melted) over the sundae.
Add a little more fudge around the sundae.
