Add 125 grams of all-purpose flour to a bowl.
Add 3 ml of lemon juice to the flour.
Add 5 grams of yeast to the mixture.
Add 125 grams of rye flour to the bowl.
Pour in 200 ml of lukewarm water and mix slowly until combined.
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 48 hours to develop the starter.
After 48 hours, transfer the starter into a larger bowl.
Add all-purpose flour to the bowl with the starter.
Add yeast and salt to the bowl and mix together.
Add the prepared starter to the mixture.
Add water to the dough and mix thoroughly.
Add caramel coloring and mix until combined.
Knead the dough until it reaches a shiny consistency.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
After resting, gently knead the dough again.
Shape the dough into a loaf shape.
Spray the dough with water and coat it with the multigrain mix, ensuring it sticks well.
Return the dough to the bowl.
Add cream cheese to the dough and mix it in.
Add honey and a little bit of black pepper to the mixture.
