Avocado Salsa

Remove the stems from the peppers.

Place the peppers in a blender.

Peel the avocados and remove the pit.

Place the avocados in the blender.

Add cilantro to the blender.

Add garlic to the blender.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add heavy cream to the blender.

Add 1 cup of water to the blender.

Add sour cream to the blender.

Add the juice of 1 lime to the blender.

Blend on high speed for about 2 or 3 minutes until well blended into a soft sauce.

If the sauce is too thick, add more water or milk to thin it out to desired consistency.
