Avocado Salsa

2 ripe avocados
2 cups water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
half a white onion
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 spicy jalapeno pepper

Cut the top off the jalapeno pepper and slice it lengthwise to remove the seeds.

Wash hands after handling the jalapeno pepper.

Cut the avocado in half, twist to open, and remove the seed by hitting it with a knife and twisting it out.

Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin.

Add the onion to the food processor and break it up a little.

Add the cilantro leaves, kosher salt, white wine vinegar, jalapeno, and water to the food processor.

Blend everything for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
