Avocado Salsa

6 tomatillos
1/4 small white onion
4 Chile Serranos
4 green Chile de Arbol
2 garlic cloves
1 medium sized avocado
4 ounces sour cream
1 handful cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water or milk

Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add a little bit of oil.

Cut 6 tomatillos in half and place them face down in the skillet.

Add 1/4 small white onion to the skillet, breaking it down as it cooks.

Add 4 Chile Serranos, 4 green Chile de Arbol, and 2 garlic cloves to the skillet.

Fry the ingredients for about 3 minutes, flipping the tomatillos every three minutes.

After 3 minutes, continue to fry for another 2 minutes, making sure to move around the onion, garlic, and chiles.

Transfer everything from the skillet to a blender cup.

In the blender, add 1 medium sized avocado, 4 ounces of sour cream, a handful of cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/2 cup of water or milk.

Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl.

To prevent the salsa from turning brown, seal it with plastic wrap or a lid.
