Avocado Salsa

3 medium ripe avocados
3 serrano peppers
1 lime
1/4 white onion
a handful of fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Cut the 3 avocados in half and scoop the flesh into the blender.

Cut one lime in half and squeeze the juice of half into the blender, reserving the other half.

Add 3 serrano peppers to the blender.

Add 1/4 of a white onion to the blender.

Add a handful of fresh cilantro to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the blender.

Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water to the blender, reserving the other half of the water.

Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides halfway through to ensure everything is mixed well.

If the mixture is too thick, add more lime juice and blend until the desired consistency is reached, ensuring no cilantro specks remain visible.

Pour the salsa into a container, scraping down the sides of the blender to get all of the salsa out.

Taste the salsa and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt if desired.

Optionally, add the reserved avocado pits to the salsa to help keep it fresh and prevent browning.
