Add milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Turn off the stove and add flour all at once, mixing until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and allow it to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with the smallest star tip.
Heat oil to around 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).
Pipe the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Transfer churros to paper towels to drain excess oil.
Toss churros in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon while still hot.
Serve churros hot with chocolate sauce on top.
