150 gr. de Ají dulce cortado en cuadritos
½ Pimentón de cada color (rojo, verde y amarillo)
15 gr. de Cilantro picado
15 gr. de Perejil picado
1 kl. de Harina de maíz amarillo precocida
6-7 tzs. De Caldo de pollo-carne
¼ tz. De Aceite onotado
Sal al gusto
Azúcar al gusto
600 gr. aproximadamente de hojas de plátano
¼ tz de Aceite onotado
1 rollo de Hilo pabilo
130 gr. de Aceitunas rellenas de pimiento (peso escurrido)
100 gr. de Pasas o uvas pasas
35 gr. de Alcaparras (peso escurrido)
180 gr. de Encurtidos (peso escurrido)
1 Pimentón cortado en julianas (1/2 rojo y ½ amarillo)
1 Cebolla cortada en aros
