Get six eggs ready and whisk them in a bowl.

Add Blackstone SPG to the eggs and whisk again.

Pre-toast bio buns on the griddle until they are perfect and set aside.

Place one pound of breakfast sausage on the griddle and chop it into fine pieces while it cooks.

Cook the sausage on medium low heat until browned.

Once the sausage is done, separate it into two quadrants on the griddle.

Place an omelette mold over each quadrant of sausage.

Pour half of the whisked eggs over one omelette mold and half over the other.

Chop the eggs a little to scramble them and mix with the sausage.

Grate fresh cheddar cheese over both omelette molds and drizzle maple syrup generously over both.

Cover with a collapsible basting dome to help melt the cheese, alternating between the two molds if necessary.

Once the cheese is melted, cut the sloppy joe mixture into four sections and remove the omelette molds.

Plate the sloppy joe mixture onto the pre-toasted bio buns.
