Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

For the crust, combine flour, sugar and butter and mix until it forms into breadcrumbs resemblance.

Press the mixture evenly into 9x13'' baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is set but not browned.

For the topping, beat egg and milk until smooth, add chopped pecans and skors.

Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth into an even layer.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the filling is set.

Allow to cool completely.

Then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cut into bars and serve.
