Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple.

Slice off all the skin of the pineapple.

Cut the pineapple into quarters lengthwise.

Remove the core from each quarter of the pineapple.

Slice the pineapple into smaller pieces and add to the blender.

Cut a lime in half and add the juice of one lime to the blender.

Add 5 cups of water to the blender.

Add 4.5 pumps of Amoretti prickly pear beverage infusion to the blender.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, using a rubber spatula to help extract juice.

Pour the strained mixture over ice in glasses.
