Corn Kebab

2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for shallow frying

In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, mashed potatoes, chopped onions, and chopped cilantro.

Add cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a kebab or patty.

Repeat the process until all the mixture is shaped into kebabs.

Coat each kebab lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kebabs in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.
