Corn Kebab

1.5 cups corn kernels
2 medium size boiled potatoes
handful coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup spinach finely chopped
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 inch ginger crushed or paste
2 green chillies
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
salt to taste
red chilli powder as per taste
3 tbsps roasted besan/gram flour

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, chopped spinach, ghee, crushed ginger, chopped green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, and roasted besan.

Mix all the ingredients well to form a dough.

Shape the mixture into kebabs or patties.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until they are golden brown on both sides.
