Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups of quick oats (200 g)
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of peanut butter (60 mL)
1/2 cup dates chopped (65 g)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

Add the peanut butter, dates, cinnamon, salt and mix again.

Stir in the oatmeal.

Using a small ice cream scoop, spoon 12 balls of dough on each baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

Flatten the balls with a spoon or with your fingers.

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned all over.
