2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
