Prepare frozen mangled leaves by soaking them in warm water for 1-2 minutes.
Boil the soaked leaves for 5-10 minutes depending on their freshness.
Cut the onion wider to create a nice surface for stuffing.
Prepare the stuffing mixture by peeling one onion and grinding it with beef.
Wash half a cup of short grain rice and add it to the meat mixture.
Add sunflower oil, sweet paprika, pepper, and vegeta to the mixture and mix well.
Prepare sauce by chopping boiled onions and thicker parts of the mangled leaves.
Add sweet paprika, chopped frozen tomatoes, tomato paste, vegeta, pepper, celery, and onion water to the sauce mixture.
Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).
Stuff the mangled leaves with the meat mixture and roll them up tightly.
Place the stuffed leaves in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Bake in the oven for approximately 35-40 minutes.
