Carribbean Style Seafood Salad

Start by preparing the seafood medley which includes shrimp, scallops, and crab that is already cooked.

Make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped jalapeno, fresh cilantro, and Cajun spice mix in a bowl.

Add a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper to the dressing and mix well until combined.

Pour the dressing over the seafood and gently fold it in to coat the seafood without breaking it up too much.

Prepare serving dishes for layering the salad.

Begin layering by adding a base of seafood, followed by leaf lettuce.

Next, add black beans, then diced mango, and finally some red onion on top.

Seal the layered salad in the serving dish and present it.
