Dissolve cacao powder in hot coffee.
Add chocolate to the dissolved cacao and mix until smooth.
Let the mixture cool completely.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: egg, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
Combine the cooled chocolate mixture with the wet ingredients.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while whisking until well combined.
Grease the heart-shaped cupcake mold and fill it with the batter.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Let the baked cupcakes cool in the mold for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the Italian meringue, beat egg whites in a mixer on low speed.
In a small saucepan, combine white sugar, water, and vanilla extract and mix slightly before heating.
Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches 110 degrees Celsius.
Increase mixer speed to medium-high once the syrup reaches 110 degrees Celsius.
When the syrup reaches 115 degrees Celsius, remove it from heat and pour it into the mixer while beating.
Continue to beat until the meringue is firm, white, and shiny.
To make the ganache, place chocolate in a small bowl and pour hot cream over it, mixing gently until combined.
To make the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until well combined.
Fill a piping bag with Italian meringue and another with the glaze.
Use a cupcake corer to remove the center of the cooled cupcakes and fill with meringue.
Replace the top of the cupcake and cover with ganache.
Decorate with the white glaze as desired.
