1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1/4 cup of parsley (chopped)

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch pieces.

In a bowl, add the cauliflower and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix well.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 3 chopped cloves of garlic to the bowl and mix well.
