¼ cup chopped tomatoes
5 garlic pods
1 heaping teaspoon cumin powder
salt to taste
juice from 2 large lemons or limes
cayenne pepper or red chili powder as per taste
~2 cups water in total
olive oil
parsley or arugula
fresh tomatoes
cucumbers

feta cheese (optional)
jalapeno/chili (optional)
