Add prosciutto, mild Genoa salami, calabrese hot soppressata, and mortadella to the board.
Chop all ingredients until you achieve a desired consistency, ensuring some texture remains.
Season the mixture with salt, freshly cracked pepper, dried oregano, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and mayonnaise.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and adjust seasonings to taste.
Choose your bread and slice 3/4 of the way through a long loaf, leaving it attached to hold the mixture.
Optionally hollow out the bread to fit more filling.
Fill the loaf with the mixture and serve.
