Fill the bottom part of the moka pot with water, making sure to fill it to below the valve.

Place the filter basket into the bottom part and fill it with ground coffee, letting it rest naturally without pressing down.

Place the moka pot on your stove and turn on the heat.

As the water begins to boil, the pressure will force it up through the coffee and into the top part of the moka pot.

Listen for the gurgling sound as the coffee brews, indicating it's almost ready.

For an extra luxurious espresso, pour the first drops of coffee into a cup with sugar and whisk to create 'crema al caffe’'.

Add the 'crema al caffe’' to your coffee instead of sugar.

Rinse and fully dry your moka before storing it away, never using soap.
