In a bowl, mix together milk, egg, yeast, pumpkin puree, sugar and pumpkin spice. Add flour and salt. Mix until dough is formed. Add butter and knead until smooth. Place in a bowl, cover and let it rise until doubled in size.

For the filling, mix all ingredients until smooth.

Transfer risen dough on a floured counter. Roll out and place filling. Spread evenly.

Cut into 6 equal strips or 12 strips if you want smaller rolls. Roll tightly.

Place rolls on a 10x7 inches baking dish or pan, grease will oil or butter.

Cover for 25 minutes. Preheat oven at 175C or 350F for at least 15 minutes.
