Add 3 cups of milk to a pot over medium high heat.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of rose water and 1/4 cup sugar to the milk, mixing well.
Cook and simmer for around 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add 1/4 cup of soana and mix well, cooking for another 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Check the soana to ensure it becomes transparent; continue cooking until it is mostly transparent.
After 10 more minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon of corn flour diluted in water and mix it into the pot.
Let it cook and mix for around 10 minutes until thickened and transparent.
Serve immediately into two transparent bowls.
Let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to eat.
