2 tbsp corn starch or arrowroot starch
¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
⅓ cup ground almonds or tigernut flour (if AIP)
¼ cup corn starch or arrowroot starch
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup maple syrup

Set the Air Crisp rack at the bottom of your Ninja Foodi.

Preheat on Bake setting at 325°F.

Combine all of the Fruit Layer ingredients together in one bowl.

In another bowl, combine all of the Topping Ingredients together.

Put the Fruit Layer in the bottom of the Insta-Pan.

Spoon the Topping Ingredients overtop and spread out to cover any exposed fruit.

Cover with a sheet of tin foil and carefully put into the preheated Ninja Foodi.

Cook on the Bake setting for 25 minutes.

Carefully uncover the pan by removing the tin foil.

Cook again on the Bake setting for 15 more minutes or until a knife poked through the center of the crisp goes through the fruit easily.

Serve warm or cold with optional ice cream.
