Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs

500 grams chicken mince
1 finely chopped onion
0.5 cup coriander, finely chopped
0.5 tablespoon garlic paste
0.5 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.75 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 egg

Combine 500 grams of chicken mince, 1 finely chopped onion, 0.5 cup of finely chopped coriander, 0.5 tablespoon of garlic paste, 0.5 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, some salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 0.75 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of coriander powder in a food processor and grind it all down.

Add 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs to the mixture and mix it in.

Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix it in again.

Leave the mixture to marinate for around 2 to 3 hours.

Remove the mixture from the fridge 30 minutes before you want to make the kebabs.

Oil your hands and form the patties with the minced mixture.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the kebabs for around 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
