1/2 cup celery, diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups spinach, chopped

Sharpen the knife using a knife sharpener, first on the rough side then the smooth side.

Cut celery in half, then into strips, and finally into fine pieces.

Roll the lemon to release juices, then cut it in half.
