Classic Chicken Salad

Cut up the chicken breasts and thighs.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Add a couple of bay leaves and a little water to the pot.

Turn on the stove and let the chicken steam for about 35-40 minutes, checking to ensure it doesn't burn.

After 15 minutes, taste the chicken to check if it's done.

Once cooked, shred the chicken or cut it into cubes after letting it cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 cup of plain whole milk yogurt together.
