1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups (16 ounces) hot water

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a pot or pressure cooker.

Add 1 chicken leg quarter and sauté for about 3 minutes on one side.
