Deseed the two peppers, the two cucumbers, and trim the edges of the two celery stalks.

Slice the pepper in half and then horizontally.

Slice cucumber in half and then cut one half into three sections and slice longitudinally.

Cut the onions.

Cut the celery in small pieces and then dice longitudinally.

Add the tomatoes and the romaine lettuce.

Add the following to the cucumber, pepper, carrot and onion mixture: salt, sugar, and rice vinegar.

Mix the above then add romaine lettuce.

Then add the tomato to avoid watery mix.

Add sesame oil at the end right before serving.
