Shred cabbage, and cut pork into bite-sized pieces.

Stir-fry cabbage. When it gets soft, add pork. For pork belly, cook until the oil part is crispy. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Remove from pan once.

Mix egg with sugar and milk. Mix whites and yolks thoroughly.

Oil the pan, and put all egg mixture into pan.

When eggs are slightly cooked, place cabbage and pork on eggs and roll up as if making an omelette.

Pour okonomi sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle bonito flakes and aonori as you like.
