Start by using whole lemons with the skin on for added flavor.

Add a 2-inch piece of ginger to the blender.

Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to the blender.

Include a cucumber for color without affecting flavor.

Pour in 1.2 liters (1200 ml) of water into the blender.

Blend the mixture until well incorporated, about 1.5 to 2 minutes, until the particles are very small.

Taste the lemonade to check the sweetness and adjust if necessary, adding more honey if desired.

Strain the lemonade using a muslin cloth to separate the pulp from the liquid.

Serve the strained lemonade chilled, preferably over ice.
