Wash 1 and 1/2 cups of rice.

In a pot, add a stick of cinnamon and 1 and 1/2 cups of water.

Add the washed rice to the pot.

Stir the mixture continuously for about 10 minutes on medium-high heat.

After 10 minutes, add 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and 1 can of evaporated milk to the pot.

Continue stirring without stopping, even when the milk starts to rise.

Lower the heat to medium and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes until the rice is completely cooked.

Once cooked, add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Mix everything together until well combined and ready to serve.
