Mix the dry ingredients: 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, and 5 mg dry yeast.
Add 3 eggs, 80 ml melted butter, and 1/2 cup milk to the dry ingredients and mix.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a wet towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Prepare the topping (Paste) by mixing 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup rice flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon salt, 180 ml butter, and 3 tablespoons milk.
Mix the sugar with the butter until smooth and creamy, then add vanilla and salt, followed by milk spoon by spoon.
Gradually add the flours to the mixture.
Put the paste in a plastic bag to prevent it from drying out.
Cut the dough into 15 pieces and the paste into 15 pieces.
Flatten each piece of paste and wrap it around the dough pieces.
Place the wrapped dough on a baking tray and let them rest for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Let them cool down before serving.
