Prepare the topping (Paste) by mixing 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup rice flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon salt, 180 ml butter, and 3 tablespoons milk.

Mix the sugar with the butter until smooth and creamy, then add vanilla and salt, followed by milk spoon by spoon.
