Calypso Crab Legs are inspired by Caribbean flavors, often enjoyed during festive gatherings and beach barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs crab legs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. 3Place the crab legs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4Once marinated, place the crab legs on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are heated through and have grill marks.
  5. 5Remove the crab legs from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. 6Serve the crab legs with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
  7. 7Enjoy your Calypso Crab Legs hot!
