1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 star anise
2 whole cloves
3 tablespoons mustard
1 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup Chardonnay
1 complemental pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Coca-Cola
