Mix until the dough is wet and soft, with a little flour remaining.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Oil your hands to make it easier to work with the dough.
Form the dough into small balls, either by squeezing with your thumb or rolling them into shape.
Heat a pan on high until hot, then lower the heat before cooking the dough balls.
Place the dough balls in the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded, and cook until golden brown.
